FSC's Mission

The Mission of FSC is to impart the joys of skiing and the life-long lessons of healthy competition to the children of its broad and open membership. The club achieves its mission by providing thoughtful, caring and professional instruction in skiing and ski racing and by supporting and sponsoring all levels of NHARA and USSA Jr racing.

Congratulations go to Ed Villandrie, of Vermont, the first place winner of FSC's 2012 Jeep Raffle.  The second place winner of two Cannon Mountain Season Passes is Les Titus of Bethlehem, NH.  And the third place winner of a complete XBOX Game System, is Brad Eaton also of Bethlehem, NH.  Heartfelt thanks are extended to our sponsors and everyone who purchased a ticket in support of FSC's Scholarship Fund and community outreach efforts.

Scholarship winners  Local Kids Win Awards

The FSC Scholarship Fund provides ski racing opportunities to aspiring racers. Each year FSC awards many need-based scholarships including the Russ Coffin and the Hank Dane Scholarship.  This year the club has expanded the program to include two full scholarships specifically for young children from the towns of Franconia, Bethlehem, Sugar Hill, Easton, Lisbon, and Littleton. These scholarships, along with season passes donated by Cannon Mountain, were awarded to local children who best expressed "What ski racing means to me". The winners of the “1st Annual Calling All Skiers Contest”, pictured with Trevor Hamilton and John DeVivo, are Sabrina Ollerman and Devyn Scott.
